Tonight has been difficult to say the least. I am fighting a cold or something. And being that I am doing is staying in bed my thoughts have been challenging. I have felt longing, and fear. I want something so badly it’s getting in the way. I have evidence that it’s closer, but then my head gets in the way. I really need to work on my belief system. I need to remind myself that Feeling good is the key. I need to change my thoughts, and whatever else I have to to just feel good. This saying is always going to stick with me!
